Compact on the Common

The client of this condo had owned the unit for 20 years. The interior was tired, dated and not functional. In the initial design, there was not a closet, the bed was in the entryway and the views were not being maximized by the furniture layout.

The role of Anita Clark Design was to design a new efficient layout of the space, and utilize every inch so we could maximize the storage of the 600 Sq. ft. Studio Apartment. The unit is beautifully located on Boston Common with panoramic views of the Back Bay, Financial District, and the Harbor.
